Diets

I started my latest weight loss program May 23rd 2011 .I joined WW and hope this new effort will keep me inspired to reach goal. it has been a slow road but down about 20 pounds now.I am not dieting I am learning how to manage food and exercise to work for me and dieting just will not do anymore as giving it a name like that make the process so much worse.
